Natural change starts with slowing down, listening deeply, observing more broadly, being curious and discovering. Then, at the right moment, taking the right action and from there evolving in small iterations. This journey of change is based on Theory U, a change methodology that assumes that everything that is needed is already present in the social field of the organisation. It is organisational development that invites you to take a step back and be attentively present. Because from your daily hustle and bustle, there is no complete overview and we do not perceive deeply. Let alone see sharply what is needed in innovation, sustainability or change.
There is power in deep listening and shifting your perspective from your daily activities to the outer edges of yourself and your organisation. By slowing down and perceiving better, you can act towards the future instead of repeating patterns from the past. Navigating our blind spots
Natural Change is cyclical and goes deep. Theory U depicts this in the form of the letter U. Because both the visible and the invisible are included in the journey to renewal or change. In iceberg model, the visible is above the water. That what we do, say and see, the facts, the events. The invisible, underwater, is the unconscious part of yourself and your team. There we find blind spots, sometimes palpable, but they always affect the visible. And let these provide exactly the information we need to remove blockages or arrive at a solution or innovation in complex issues. These are the pearls we like to discover in Natural Change.
About Theory U
Natural Change is based on Theory U, a change method and proven framework for teams, managers and basically anyone who wants to influence change. It was developed by Otto Scharmer and the Presencing Institute 20 years ago. Besides many grassroots initiatives, also a lot of governments, NGOs and large organisations have used Theory U succesfully, see some well-known names on their impressive list of references.

For small teams,
4 to max 10 members:
- Free intake
- 7 In-depth workshops
- 6 Q&A sessions
- 1 Bonus session
This includes the kick-off, going through the 5 phases of Theory U using the transformation tools, a half-way evaluation and a celebratory how-to keep-evolving session.
Depending on your location we can do certain sessions online.
Financial investment
Starting at € 5.500 per team.
This is excluding tax (21%) and costs for travel & overnight stay in case we physically meet.
Investment depends on the team's maturity and the change needed.
Duration / Invesment in time
4 or 5 Months
Minimum team investment per week: 3 hours.
