This journey starts with nurturing the quiet beginnings of a desire so that it can grow and crystallise. Listen deeply to yourself, to your heart, to Life and to what wants to be born. From there you can create a microclimate in which you playfully explore the future and take the first steps towards realising your dream.
A personal adventure that will move you to find your own unique way of living. It will strengthen your intuition, your authenticity, creativity and increase inner leadership.

From our daily hustle and bustle, there is no overview, let alone a sharp sense of what we need, to start fully living from our hearts. This journey invites you to step back, be attentively present and listen deeply. First to yourself, your heart, then to life and what wants to be born. Letting go of what no longer works and allowing new insights to come.
This personal transformation follows the 5 movents of change by Theory U, a change method that assumes that everything we need is already present in our social field. We tap into that by slowing down and seeking silence and connecting to our future Self.

Navigating our blind spots
My Best Life is cyclical and goes deep. Theory U depicts this in the form of the letter U. Because both the visible and the invisible are included in the journey to creation and renewal. In the iceberg model, the visible is above the water. It is what we do, say and see, the facts, the events.
The invisible, underwater, is the unconscious part of yourself and your life.
This is where we find our vulnerabilities, our core values and our blind spots, sometimes palpable, but they always affect the visible. And they provide exactly the information we need to remove blockages or arrive at a new solution in complex issues. They are the pearls we love to discover in this journey.
About Theory U
I love working with Theory U, especially for this journey. It offers a safe container for change and provides an organic process for you to craft your best life and find your purpose in your own unique way. It is a proven framework for teams, managers and basically anyone who wants to influence change. Developed by Otto Scharmer and the Presencing Institute 20 years ago, many individuals, grassroots initiatives, governments, NGOs and large organisations have used it succesfully. It all starts with your personal initiation to change.
